Call for Presentations

This year’s conference theme, “Bridging the Gap,” calls on Vision Education & Rehabilitation Professionals to think creatively to close gaps in service delivery across the lifespan, from the early childhood and elementary age years though the transition into adulthood and on into the senior stage. Let’s collaborate to re-imagine how we can partner to provide comprehensive, continuous support across the children and adult services continuum.

The Conference Program Committee is seeking proposals in the following areas:

• Connecting children’s and adult services to ensure continuity for participants and providers
• Connecting education, employment, and independent living across programs and systems
• Collaboration and partnership among participants and providers
• Holistic approaches to service delivery across vision rehabilitation; this might include technology, orientation and mobility, guide dog services, self determination, DeafBlind services, research, AI and more!

We are seeking Pre-Conference Seminars, 60-minute sessions, 90-minute sessions and poster sessions.

You are invited to participate as a vendor/exhibitor at the annual conference of the Northeast Chapter of the Association for the Education and Rehabilitation of the Blind and Visually Impaired

Exhibitors’ Information: Exhibits open from 9 am to 4 pm on November 5th, 2026.

Set Up Times: Thursday from 7 am to 9 am.

We invite all exhibitors to join us for the Exhibitor’s Raffle which we have traditionally used as a mechanism to encourage conference attendees to visit and converse with vendors throughout the exhibit day. We anticipate approximately 200 attendees from across New England, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada.
